Ingredients

1/2 cup organic raw pine nuts
1/4 cup mix of fresh de-stemmed organic fresh basil, Italian parsley, mint and chives
2 Tbsp organic unfiltered cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil
1-2 Tbsp organic lemon juice
1-2 cloves of organic garlic
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup filtered water, reserved

Cooking Instructions

1. Place all of the ingredients in a food-processor or blender. Pulse the mixture in the food-processor or blender. When blending, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time to help blend the ingredients and in order to reach the desired consistency for the sauce.
2. Use a spread on pizzas or as a sauce for pasta.
