Yield: 1 serving
1 cup soy, hemp, almond or rice milk or regular milk
2 cups organic spinach
1 tbsp flax seed (optional)
1/2 cup blueberries
2 tbsps honey (optional)
5 ice cubes
1. Place the milk, spinach, flax seed, banana and blueberries in a large blender and blend on high. Once thoroughly blended, add the honey and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy your nutritious and anti-oxidant filled breakfast or snack!
