1/2 frozen banana, peeled and sliced
1 cup frozen berries or cherries
1 cup vanilla rice milk, or any other milk substitute
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 to 2 tbsps sugar or maple syrup, or to taste
1/4 tsp cinnamon
