Ingredients

1 fresh or frozen banana, peeled and cut into 2-inch chunks
1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries, raspberries or strawberries
6 ounces plain yogurt
3/4 cup milk (more or less to taste)
1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey, or to taste
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)

Cooking Instructions

1. Put the banana, berries, yogurt and milk into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Next, add the maple syrup and cinnamon powder and blend until well incorporated.
3. Add the ice cubes, if using, and blend until everything is smooth.
4. Enjoy!
