Yield: 1 serving
1/2 cup full fat yogurt (or a dairy-free yogurt)
1/3 cup washed fresh blueberries
1/3 cup Nonuttin' Blueberry Maple Granola (or yesterday's oatmeal mixed with a punch of cinnamon)
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
1. Assemble the ingredients in a large glass. Layering the ingredients make it a delight to eat. Start by placing half of the yogurt at the bottom of the glass, then half of the blueberries and half of the granola. Repeat the layering and top with maple syrup. It's so easy and delicious too!
